Weight training is often feared by some due to the amount of intensity required to fulfill each routine. All you have to do is to lay down on the bench, hold the dumbbells and position them in front of your shoulders and slowly push your arms upward. Keep them elevated for a moment and then put them back to their original position. You can try the other variations as well or you can stick to the traditional one, either way your chest can be strengthened.
Triceps and Biceps
Your arms, specifically your triceps and biceps, can greatly benefits using dumbbells. The well known bicep curls and tricep extensions are classic and yet excellent dumbbell exercises. Over time, different variations of these routines have been developed with the use of different set of dumbbells. All you have to do is to choose the right set of dumbbells for your body type and for your level.
